Comic Con 2012 – The Weekend

Tuesday, July 17th, 2012

Over the weekend, the convention center was buzzing with local San Diegans and out of towners. We got to meet so many people from all over the U.S., U.K. and even from Japan!

It got pretty packed at times in our booth. The arcade cabinets had lines for BattleBlock Theater and Castle Crashers, the merchandise booth had it’s fair share of people and fans wrapped around the booth to wait for their turn at the autograph signing with Dan and Tom.

Sunday was the longest day for us. Although the exhibit hall closed at 5PM, we stayed longer to tear down everything in the booth so that the truck could pick up the items the next morning. Click the link below for pictures of the weekend activities!

In other news, we were on the news! Our very own John Baez was interviewed by the Union Tribune in San Diego. We were happy to speak to them and all press who came by. For those who were unable to attend, click here to see John’s take on “Comic Con’s Mass Appeal.” He’s featured along with several other Comic Con veterans.

Friday seemed to be the day for Castle Crasher cos-players to come play at our booth. If you could come dressed as any of our game characters, who would you come as?

Comic Con – July 12, 2012 Pictures

Saturday, July 14th, 2012

The first full day of the “con” meant more bodies, more celebrities and more giveaways.  Thursday was also the first day of our Twitter photo contest, where attendees could come by and take a picture of our booth, then post it on twitter with @thebehemoth to enter it into the contest. We gave out some Behemoth scarves on the first day!

In addition to all of this our very own Dan Paladin, and Tom Fulp had a very hectic 3 hours of autographs and signings. If you’re around for the rest of the week come by booth #4219, say hello to our team, and play some BattleBlock Theater. If however you’re  not into any of that you can always  just stare at us from a distance. If we make eye contact with you that means we care.
