Project Michelle

Emil, our always industrious project manager, has asked me to help spread the word about a friend of friend who is looking for a bone marrow match. So we’ve added a footer image to all our pages and a link to our links list.

Before you get freaked out with visions of a spinal tap, don’t worry because they are just trying to find a match and all it takes to participate is 10 minutes of your time and a swab of your cheek. Even if you do match, usually they just need some blood. Note that you have to be over 18 to participate, and I would guess located here in the US.

Just consider it like winning the lottery but 1000x better because you might save someone’s life! Please help this week by signing up for a kit, attending a drive or visiting a dedicated center in person. Another way to help is to spread the word.

Thanks!
